Terms and Conditions

• Depending on the number of attendees cost may go up for tents ect.
• Ask about included items — Tables, chairs, setup/cleanup, AV equipment, parking, restrooms, kitchen access, etc.
• Insurance requirements — Maybe required based on event type.

 

During the Rental Period (Common House Rules)

Category	Typical Rules
Access & Timing	You get the space only for agreed hours (e.g., 8 AM–11 PM). Early setup/late cleanup may cost extra. All guests & vendors must leave by end time agreed apon.
Capacity & Guests	Stick to the maximum number of people. You’re responsible for guest behavior.
Alcohol & Substances	BYOB or hired caterer only. No service to minors.  No illegal drugs.
Decor & Setup	No real flames (candles), no confetti/glitter, nothing taped/nails to walls/ceilings. Ask about hanging rules.
Noise & Curfew	Quiet hours or hard end time to be stated.  Respect neighbors.
Smoking	Strictly outside only or the Studio. Includes e-cigarettes/vaping.  Please no smoking in The Lodge.
Food & Catering	Open catering (bring your own) or approved vendors only. Clean up all food waste.
Damage & Cleanup	Leave the space as you found it. Take all trash, decorations, and personal items. Extra cleaning fees or loss of deposit if not followed.
Children & Pets	Kids must be supervised. Pets usually not allowed unless specified.
Vendors	All (caterers, DJs, photographers, rentals) must be licensed/insured and remove their equipment same day.

 

Safety & Liability Basics

• You (the renter) are usually liable for injuries or damages caused by your guests.
• Venue provides basic liability coverage; you often need your own policy.
• Follow fire safety — keep exits clear, no blocking doors.
• Have a designated contact person who isn’t busy partying to handle issues with venue staff.
